The private chlorine pool has dimensions of 9.5 m x 4.5 m and a depth ranging from 0.8 m to 2 m. It is surrounded by a terrace with hammocks for sunbathing. During the hottest hours, you can have a drink in the chill-out, as it has a pergola. In addition, there is a nice porch to celebrate evenings with your entire family. Thanks to the barbecue, cooking under the sky will not be a problem. The highlight of this estate is the private paddle tennis court; including rackets and balls. In this property you will enjoy total privacy since there are no close neighbors.

The interior of the house, decorated in Majorcan style and with restored furniture, offers you a second home. The living room stands out for the beautiful stone wall and the wood stove, ideal for spending afternoons with the family or watching satellite television. The gas kitchen has a dining area and also has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. And in the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and space to put a cot. The other three bedrooms, all on the first floor, are equipped as follows: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. The other two with two single beds. Each room has a closet and a fan. Regarding the bathrooms, you will find two bathrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor, all with showers.

The surroundings of the house will make you forget all the stress, and is ideal if you are looking to be away from tourism and enjoy a rural vacation. However, in less than 20 minutes driving, you will reach the coast and Cala Pi, a sandy cove with a special charm. In general, the south has many wonderful beaches, e.g. Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. The towns Llucmajor and Campos offer everything you need during your stay. Near Llucmajor are the Talayots of Capocorb, which are remains of an ancient Mallorcan town. On the coast, there is the Cap Blanc Lighthouse, which was inaugurated in 1863. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
