The house is located within a 16,000 m2 plot that guarantees total privacy in an idyllic rural environment.

Outside we can find a large space with artificial grass, terrace and porch around a magnificent private chlorine pool measuring 13 x 3.5 m and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 m. The terrace area is furnished and includes a barbecue, and is ideal for enjoying lunch and dinner outdoors.

The single-story house has 200 m2 and a functional architecture following the Mallorcan style. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and dining area, prepared for 10 people. The kitchen is gas and is fully equipped. The living room area has comfortable sofas and a pellet stove for the coldest days, with direct access to the outside area. The four double bedrooms are spacious and bright, have a heat pump (there is no cold air available) and have direct access to the terrace. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the house also has two other bathrooms also with a shower that serve the rest of the house. The accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, and Wi-Fi and has parking for 5 vehicles.

The house is located in Pla de Mallorca, near Manacor and Felanitx. It is ideal to disconnect and relax and walk through the surrounding towns. You can enjoy a wide gastronomic offer in the neighboring towns of Vilafranca and Porreres. It also has easy access to the beaches and coves in the south and east of the island through the Ma-15 and Ma-5110 highways. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.
